Sanitary ware refers to appliances related to sanitary installations. It usually includes bathtubs, toilets, washbasins, and so on. It is traditionally made of \u74f7\u5668<\/a>, which is made of clay and coated with enamel. Today, sanitary ware is made of various other materials such as acrylics, metals, and glass. However, this article will focus on sanitary ware made of porcelain, especially sanitary kaolin.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8fd9\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u975e\u5e38\u5927\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5f88\u591a\u662f\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5357\u65b9\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u57ce\u5e02\u6f6e\u5dde\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u4ee5\u6570\u767e\u5bb6\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u751f\u4ea7\u536b\u751f\u6d01\u5177\u7684\u5de5\u5382\u800c\u95fb\u540d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u8bb8\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e5f\u91c7\u7528\u9ad8\u5ea6\u53d1\u8fbe\u7684\u5de5\u827a\u751f\u4ea7\u536b\u751f\u6d01\u5177\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u536b\u751f\u6d01\u5177\u4ea7\u54c1\u662f\u7531\u70e7\u52301200\u6444\u6c0f\u5ea6\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u73bb\u7483\u74f7\u4f53\u5236\u6210\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u9ad8\u6e29\u71c3\u70e7\u662f\u83b7\u5f97\u5de5\u4e1a\u548c\u5bb6\u7528\u536b\u751f\u6d01\u5177\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8981\u6c42\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5c31\u50cf\u5176\u4ed6\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u8fbe\u5230\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u624d\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u536b\u751f\u6d01\u5177\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u5438\u6c34\u7387\u4f4e\u4e8e0.5%\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u80fd\u627f\u53d7400 kg\u7684\u91cd\u91cf\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6613\u4e8e\u6e05\u6d01\u7684\u5149\u6ed1\u8868\u9762\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are three major components needed to create Sanitary ware, they are clay, quartz<\/a>, \u548c \u957f\u77f3<\/a>. \u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7c98\u571f\u53ef\u4ee5 \u7403\u7c98\u571f<\/a>\u6216\u536b\u751f\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u3002\u8fd9\u4e09\u79cd\u539f\u6750\u6599\u5728\u751f\u4ea7\u536b\u751f\u6d01\u5177\u65f6\u88ab\u6df7\u5408\u3001\u94f8\u9020\u548c\u70e7\u5236\u3002\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6750\u6599\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u8010\u522e\u64e6\u6027\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u627f\u53d7\u8f83\u91cd\u7684\u91cd\u91cf\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u536b\u751f\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u662f\u7528\u4e8e\u536b\u751f\u6d01\u5177\u7684\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u3002\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\uff0c\u53c8\u79f0\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f \u74f7\u571f<\/a>\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u67d4\u8f6f\u7684\u767d\u8272\u7845\u9178\u94dd\uff0c\u6c34\u5408\u540e\u4ece Kaolinite mineral<\/a>. \u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5316\u5b66\u60f0\u6027\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u6536\u7f29\u81a8\u80c0\u80fd\u529b\u4f4e\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u7c98\u571f\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5404\u79cd\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u536b\u751f\u9676\u74f7\u3002 <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaolin is naturally white, soft and powdery. In nature, raw kaolin usually also contains other minerals such as feldspar, \u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u4eba<\/a>, anatase<\/a>, and quartz. Sometimes, crude kaolin also contains pigments of iron hydroxide that caused this clay to be a little bit yellowish. In this case, it is needed to be bleached chemically to remove this pigment, then wash it to remove other minerals in it before using the kaolin to produce ceramics<\/a> or other products.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u751f\u4ea7\u536b\u751f\u6d01\u5177\u9700\u8981\u4ece\u51c6\u5907\u3001\u6210\u578b\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6b65\u9aa4\u5230\u6700\u7ec8\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u6b65\u9aa4\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u536b\u751f\u6d01\u5177\u5236\u9020\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6b65\u9aa4\u7684\u7b80\u8981\u8bf4\u660e\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9996\u5148\u8981\u505a\u7684\u662f\u8eab\u4f53\u51c6\u5907\uff0c\u6df7\u5408\u5404\u79cd\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7403\u7c98\u571f\u3001\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u7845\u3001\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u548c\u957f\u77f3\u3002\u8fd9\u4e09\u79cd\u6750\u6599\u7684\u7ec4\u5408\u79f0\u4e3a\u4e09\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u9600\u4f53\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u9600\u4f53\u6210\u578b\u5668\u3001\u586b\u6599\u548c\u710a\u5242\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u6700\u521d\u7684\u94f8\u9020\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u8eab\u4f53\u517b\u6b96\u5bf9\u4e8e\u589e\u5f3a\u536b\u751f\u6d01\u5177\u7684\u5f3a\u5ea6\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u70e7\u5236\u540e\uff0c\u586b\u6599\u5c06\u589e\u5f3a\u536b\u751f\u6d01\u5177\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6dfb\u52a0\u52a9\u710a\u5242\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u70e7\u5236\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u7194\u5316\u6e29\u5ea6\u3002 <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.\u91c9\u6599\u5236\u5907<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The next process is preparing glaze for spraying. In this stage, different colored glazes are made. This stage also requires some more materials which include feldspar, calcite, zircon, chica clay, quartz, and zinc oxide.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6750\u6599\u5728\u7403\u78e8\u673a\u4e2d\u7814\u78e8\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u8fdb\u884c\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3002\u5f53\u9897\u7c92\u8db3\u591f\u7ec6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u7b5b\u5b50\u65f6\uff0c\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u662f\u6837\u54c1\u55b7\u6d82\u548c\u70e7\u5236\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u6b65\u9aa4\u5bf9\u4e8e\u68c0\u67e5\u662f\u5426\u8fbe\u5230\u6240\u9700\u989c\u8272\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before using it for the actual spraying, the glaze should be approved by the laboratory from a series of testing before being used. The glaze then mixed with a binder to obtain the desired density, fluidity, viscosity<\/a>, and frying time.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.\u6a21\u5851\u5236\u5907<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u662f\u5236\u5907\u6a21\u5177\uff0c\u6a21\u5177\u7531\u6c34\u548c\u77f3\u818f\u7684\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u5236\u6210\uff0c\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4e3a4:3\u3002\u5f53\u6a21\u5177\u51c6\u5907\u597d\u540e\uff0c\u5c06\u5176\u653e\u5165\u5e72\u71e5\u5668\u4e2d\u4ee5\u9664\u53bb\u5269\u4f59\u7684\u6c34\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u6b65\u9aa4\u5bf9\u4e8e\u63d0\u9ad8\u6a21\u5177\u7684\u5bff\u547d\u548c\u8010\u4e45\u6027\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u94f8\u9020\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u94f8\u9020\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5373\u5236\u5907\u4e3b\u4f53\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5c06\u5176\u5012\u5165\u6a21\u5177\u4e2d\u3002\u7136\u540e\uff0c\u591a\u4f59\u7684\u6750\u6599\u901a\u8fc7\u6392\u6c34\u5b54\u6392\u51fa\uff0c\u8ba9\u94f8\u4ef6\u5e72\u71e5\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5f53\u94f8\u4ef6\u5e72\u71e5\u65f6\uff0c\u5b83\u4ece\u6a21\u5177\u4e2d\u91ca\u653e\u51fa\u6765\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u74f7\u5668\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u9752\u74f7\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u5b83\u88ab\u91ca\u653e\uff0c\u7eff\u8272\u5668\u76bf\u5c06\u5728\u5927\u6c14\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0b\u518d\u6b21\u5e72\u71e5\u957f\u8fbe\u4e09\u5929\u3002\u5728\u9001\u81f3\u5e72\u71e5\u5668\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u68c0\u67e5\u751f\u576f\uff0c\u5e76\u4fee\u590d\u6240\u6709\u88c2\u7eb9\u548c\u5b54\u6d1e\uff08\u5982\u6709\uff09\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u5e72\u71e5\u5668\u4e2d\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u673a\u68b0\u8fc7\u7a0b\u518d\u6b21\u5e72\u71e5\u751f\u576f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53bb\u9664\u6b8b\u7559\u7684\u6c34\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u8fc7\u7a0b\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u89816.5\u523012\u5c0f\u65f6\u624d\u80fd\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5668\u76bf\u5728110\u81f3120\u6444\u6c0f\u5ea6\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0b\u5e72\u71e5\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u5e72\u71e5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7ed3\u675f\uff0c\u9676\u5668\u5c31\u4f1a\u6536\u7f29\u5e76\u51cf\u8f7b\u4e00\u4e9b\u91cd\u91cf\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
