font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u91c7\u77ff\u9636\u6bb5\u662f\u4ece\u6700\u521d\u6216\u539f\u59cb\u77ff\u7269\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6\u77ff\u5e8a\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u5b83\u901a\u5e38\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u9732\u5929\u6216\u5730\u4e0b\u91c7\u77ff\u7c7b\u578b\u4e2d\u6267\u884c\u7684\u94bb\u5b54\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u91c7\u77ff\u5b9e\u8df5\u4f7f\u7528\u7535\u52a8\u81f3\u67f4\u6cb9\u94f2\u4ee5\u53ca\u5927\u578b\u7275\u5f15\u94f2\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u5f00\u91c7\u9636\u6bb5\u7ed3\u675f\u540e\uff0c\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u5c06\u7ecf\u5386\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u52a0\u5de5\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5e72\u7684\u8fd8\u662f\u6e7f\u7684\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">a\u3001 \u5e72\u6cd5\u52a0\u5de5<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u7ecf\u8fc7\u7c89\u788e\u3001\u5e72\u71e5\u3001\u7c89\u788e\u548c\u5206\u7ea7\u7b49\u5e72\u71e5\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u51c0\u5316\u6c89\u79ef\u7269\u3002\u8f8a\u5f0f\u7c89\u788e\u673a\u5c06\u5927\u5757\u7684\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u78be\u788e\u81f3\u6700\u4f73\u5c3a\u5bf8\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7834\u788e\u7684\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u8fdb\u5165\u65cb\u8f6c\u5e72\u71e5\u673a\u8fdb\u884c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5e72\u71e5\u3001\u7c89\u788e\u548c\u6c14\u6d6e\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u6d88\u9664\u7c97\u7802\u783e\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u7ec6\u9897\u7c92\u4f1a\u79fb\u52a8\u5230\u6536\u96c6\u5ba4\uff0c\u800c\u7c97\u9897\u7c92\u4f1a\u8fd4\u56de\u7c89\u788e\u673a\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Although air floating has a limitation of ability in enhancing the clay brightness, the dry process results in relatively low-cost products. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yukami.co.id\/use-of-kaolin-in-rubber-industry\/\">Rubber industries are the largest user of dry-processed kaolin<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><i>b. Wet Processing<\/i><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u505a\u597d\u51c6\u5907\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6e7f\u6cd5\u5904\u7406\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u6f2b\u957f\u800c\u7ec6\u81f4\u7684\u5904\u7406\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u8fd9\u4e00\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e5f\u4ece\u91c7\u77ff\u9636\u6bb5\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528\u6c34\u5c04\u6d41\u91c7\u77ff\u6765\u63d0\u53d6\u7c97\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u3002\u8fd9\u53f0\u78e8\u788e\u673a\u5c06\u767d\u8272\u7c98\u571f\u77ff\u85cf\u78e8\u6210\u5c0f\u5757\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0e\u6c34\u6df7\u5408\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u6dfb\u52a0\u4e86\u5316\u5b66\u6eb6\u89e3\u5242\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f62\u6210\u6ce5\u6d46\u6216\u7c98\u571f\u6ce5\u6d46\u3002&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u79bb\u5fc3\u6cf5\u6216\u9ad8\u538b\u6cf5\u5c06\u6ce5\u6d46\u4ece\u949d\u6d46\u5668\u63a8\u81f3\u6c89\u6dc0\u7bb1\uff0c\u5f00\u59cb\u9664\u57a2\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u7b5b\u7f51\u3001\u6c34\u529b\u65cb\u6d41\u5668\u548c\u6c34\u529b\u5206\u79bb\u5668\uff08\u5206\u7ea7\u673a\uff09\u6216\u5927\u6876\u4e5f\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u53bb\u9664\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u7802\u783e\u201d\u7684\u7c97\u7269\u8d28\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u7136\u540e\uff0c\u79bb\u5fc3\u5206\u79bb\u5668\u5c06\u6ce5\u6d46\u5206\u4e3a\u7ec6\u9897\u7c92\u548c\u7c97\u9897\u7c92\u3002\u7ec6\u7c92\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e86\u6700\u5177\u6311\u6218\u6027\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u6027\u7684\u52a0\u5de5\u5904\u7406\u3002\u6362\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u79bb\u5fc3\u5206\u7ea7\u673a\u6309\u4e0d\u540c\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u5c06\u53bb\u5c51\u7c98\u571f\u5206\u7ea7\u81f3-325\u76ee\uff0c\u4ee5\u4ea7\u751f\u7ec6\uff08\u8d85\u7ec6\uff09\u7ea7\u5206\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The largest user of fine fractions is the industries for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yukami.co.id\/use-of-kaolin-in-paper-industry\/\">\u6d82\u5e03\u7eb8<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yukami.co.id\/use-of-kaolin-clay-in-paints-and-coatings\/\">high-gloss paint<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yukami.co.id\/use-of-high-quality-kaolin-in-the-ceramic-industry\/\">special-made ceramics<\/a>, rubber, and ink. Meanwhile, the coarse fraction is highly applicable for filler in paints, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yukami.co.id\/use-of-kaolin-in-plastic\/\">\u5851\u6599<\/a>, paper coatings, and adhesives.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u8be5\u9636\u6bb5\u8fd8\u4f7f\u7528\u5316\u5b66\u6f02\u767d\u65b9\u6cd5\u7cbe\u70bc\u7269\u8d28\uff0c\u5e76\u6d88\u9664\u56e0\u94c1\u6742\u8d28\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u94c1\u9508\u8272\u6216\u7740\u8272\u3002\u786b\u9178\u5c06\u7c98\u571f\u6d46\u9178\u5316\u81f3\u7ea6pH 3.0\uff0c\u4ee5\u6eb6\u89e3\u94c1\u7ec4\u5206\u3002\u52a0\u5165\u5f3a\u8fd8\u539f\u5242\u786b\u9178\u6c22\u94a0\u6216\u950c\u53ef\u5c06\u94c1\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u53ef\u6eb6\u6027\u786b\u9178\u76d0\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u5728\u6d78\u51fa\uff08\u589e\u767d\u548c\u5149\u4eae\uff09\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u8fc7\u6ee4\u548c\u8131\u6c34\u662f\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u79bb\u5fc3\u673a\u3001\u538b\u6ee4\u673a\u3001\u7ba1\u5f0f\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u6216\u65cb\u8f6c\u771f\u7a7a\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u4e4b\u540e\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u3002\u8fc7\u6ee4\u7684\u8131\u6c34\u6d46\u6599\u5728\u65cb\u8f6c\u5e72\u71e5\u673a\u3001\u55b7\u96fe\u5e72\u71e5\u673a\u6216\u6321\u677f\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u5e72\u71e5\u9636\u6bb5\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u79bb\u5fc3\u8131\u6c34\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u901a\u8fc7\u6dfb\u52a0\u5316\u5b66\u5206\u6563\u5242\u548c\u55b7\u96fe\u5e72\u71e5\u5668\u7684\u5e2e\u52a9\u5c06\u4ea7\u751f\u9884\u5206\u6563\u7684\u7c98\u571f\u3002\u65cb\u8f6c\u5f0f\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\u5c06\u6324\u51fa\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u9762\u6761\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u6321\u677f\u5e72\u71e5\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u5757\u72b6\u7c98\u571f\u548c\u7c89\u72b6\u7c98\u571f\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u538b\u6ee4\u673a\uff0c\u5c06\u53bb\u9664\u6c34\u548c\u6eb6\u89e3\u7684\u6742\u8d28\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u997c\u548c\u9762\u6761\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u6321\u677f\u5e72\u71e5\u5f62\u6210\u7c89\u7c98\u571f\u3002\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u9762\u6761\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u81ea\u7136\u5e72\u71e5\u548c\u5706\u76d8\u7814\u78e8\u673a\u53d8\u6210\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u7c89\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5c06\u6ee4\u997c\u653e\u5165\u5206\u6563\u673a\u548c\u6eda\u7b52\u5e72\u71e5\u673a\u4e2d\uff0c\u5219\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u9884\u5206\u6563\u7684\u7c98\u571f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u5f00\u91c7\u548c\u52a0\u5de5\u65f6\u95f4\u957f\u800c\u5148\u8fdb\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u5417\uff1f&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\u6c34\u529b\u65cb\u6d41\u5668<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"How  Hydrocyclone Works  3D Animation Video\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vDzKG93WidM?feature=oembed\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">\u5982\u524d\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u9ad8\u5cad\u571f\u6d46\u6599\u901a\u8fc7\u7b5b\u7f51\u3001\u6c34\u529b\u65cb\u6d41\u5668\u548c\u6c34\u529b\u5206\u7ea7\u673a\u7b49\u7279\u6b8a\u8bbe\u5907\u8fdb\u884c\u201c\u8131\u7c92\u201d\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7b5b\u7f51\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f100\u76ee\u7b5b\u7f51\u3001200\u76ee\u7b5b\u7f51\u548c325\u76ee\u7b5b\u7f51\u76ee \u5c4f\u5e55\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5206\u7c7b\u5668\u7531\u79bb\u5fc3\u5f0f\u6c34\u529b\u5206\u79bb\u5668\u548c\u79bb\u5fc3\u5f0f\u6355\u96c6\u5668\u7ec4\u6210\u3002\u90a3\u4e48\uff0c\u6c34\u529b\u65cb\u6d41\u5668\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Hydrocyclones (or shortened simply as cyclone or hydrocyclone) is a specific mechanical unit useful for classifying, separating or sorting particles in a liquid suspension.  For the kaolin case, the liquid suspension here is the kaolin slip or slurry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">\u5b83\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u600e\u4e48\u6837\uff1f<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Hydrocyclones&nbsp;have a conical-cylindrical shape. It has a tangential inlet to feed the liquid flow into a cylinder-shaped section. At each axis of the cylindrical segment, an outlet called the vortex finder extends to the cyclone. It is in charge of reducing direct short-circuit flow from the inlet. There is also a spigot, namely the second outlet at the conical end, more precisely at the lower end.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Both outlets are generally in the open state in the separation process by size, exposed to the open air.
